I can describe the characteristics of music from songs of a different time and place

Over the past 7 weeks I have been learning to describe the characteristics of music from songs of a different time and place

I can describe these characteristics in a piece of music

1. Form - form the songs

2. Timbre - Is something that makes an instrument sound different to another.

3. Mandalay - the part of the song that gets played over and over again.

4. Harmony - In music, harmony is the use of simultaneous pitches (tones, notes), or chords

5. Rhythm - Is a beat that keeps the music going

Drama Improvisation Term 1

WALT: apply the techniques of improvisation to a range of different scenarios.

Improvisation techniques that I have used successfully are always say "yes" and always say "yes and".

Improvisation techniques that I would like to have more practice at Alphabet and one brain.

The thing that I enjoyed most about this unit of learning was Name rap because we went in a three and tried to make a rap on a name.

The thing that I found most challenging during this unit of learning was alphabet because it toke me for ever to think of what to say.

My favorite improve game was name rap because we got some time to think of what we were going to say.

My next step/ something I need to work on further  in improvisation is alphabet because i need to think and practice what i'm saying.
