PE Striking and Fielding

WALT: Apply Striking and Fielding activities in a range of sports and activities.

My Strengths

The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were
play through the shot, keeping my eyes on the ball,Firm and correct grip on whatever you are batting with. Stronger hand lower down on bat.

The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were Cup your hands or reverse cup as early as possible,Keep your eye on the ball. Watch the ball all the way into your hands. Watch the ball all the way to its target,Step forward with opposite foot to arm that you are throwing with. Stand side on. Rotate shoulders. Follow through,Soft hands for catching.

My Next Steps

To improve my striking of a ball I need to use to hands because you don't get as much power

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to use soft hands because other wise you may drop it

The game that I enjoyed the most was 1st round because we got a higher score.
