Title: Reading - Evaluate Texts

In reading we have been learning to….apply some criteria to evaluate texts eg accuracy of information and presence of bias.

We have been evaluating texts against the following four criteria:

1. Readability
2. Accuracy
3. Relevance
4. Quality of language/ information.

I can describe the structure of a Short Story

Something I have learned about the structure of short stories is that they have characters,a setting and action.

After reading some short stories two things I will remember when I write my own short story are that there is always a problem and an outcome.

I can compare and contrast language and ideas between texts with similar author’s purpose.
